We have tried to keep our terms as simple and as fair to everyone as possible. Please take a moment to read them.


All items should be adequately packed for transport. Domestic appliances, garden machinery or other equipment must be disconnected and drained of any fluid which could spill or leak in transit. In the unlikely event of any damage in transit, please inform us immediately upon delivery and note it on the documentation before signing. Please do not ask us to transport any dangerous, noxious, illegal or restricted items.

Loading and Unloading

The driver is available to assist you in the loading and unloading of the goods, a second man can be provided on request.

Site Access

We must be informed of any stairs, exterior steps or lifts at either collection or delivery point. We must also be informed of any vehicle access issues at either the pickup or delivery point. We use a long wheelbase van with a high roof.


We are covered by Goods in Transit Insurance up to €11,400. Please note our insurance takes effect once the loading of the van has been completed and has been signed for by us. Our liability ends once the goods have been signed for at the point of delivery. If you need additional insurance please contact your own insurer and arrange additional cover.


Quotations are based on goods being ready for prompt loading and unloading upon our arrival. We do not expect the world to run like clockwork and we will accommodate reasonable delays without charge. However we reserve the right to levy reasonable charges to cover time lost through excessive delays occasioned by the client. In the case of extreme unpreparedness by the client we reserve the right to withdraw our services and invoice for time and expenses incurred including the forfeiture of any deposit already paid. For our part we will endeavour to collect and deliver your goods promptly as per the quotation. Naturally we cannot be held responsible in any way for delays outside of our control including, but not limited to, weather conditions, flooding, ferry issues, eurotunnel issues, road accidents, strikes or force majure.


We expect a deposit of 20% upon accpetance of our quotation, the balance to be paid in full upon collection. By prior agreement, in some circumstance we will accept payment of the balance upon delivery. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, PayPal or bank transfer. We are not bound by the terms of a quotation until we have received the deposit. Cancellation by the client within 7 days of the scheduled collection will entail forfeiture of deposit.

Additional Charges

Any required motorway tolls are included in the price quoted however any parking or congestion charges are the responsibilty of the client.
